DUBAI, United Arab Emirates, November 2026 — BroadNet Technologies LLC, the company behind the TripoSIM travel eSIM, has launched USVirtualNumbers.com, a site for people who live or travel outside the United States and need a US +1 phone number. The site went live at the end of October 2026. It explains and sells the TripoSIM US Virtual Number, a real +1 number that runs in the TripoSIM app on iPhone or Android over Wi-Fi or mobile data, next to the SIM card the user already has. The same person can have as many of these numbers as they like, each on its own plan.

Freelancers with American clients, online sellers, students preparing to study in the US, expats and families abroad often need a number that US clients, offices and apps can reach. A US carrier line usually works abroad only with roaming. The TripoSIM number works anywhere with an internet connection, and no US Social Security number or US address is needed to get one.

What the number includes

  • A US +1 number, chosen by state or area code
  • 300 minutes a month of calls to US and Canadian numbers, with extra minutes at $5 per 100
  • Incoming calls with no roaming charges

WhatsApp and app codes

The number receives the WhatsApp verification code, so users can register WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business on their US number. TripoSIM tested 22 popular apps in October 2026, including WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, Telegram, Signal, Google, Apple ID, PayPal, Wise and Payoneer. The tested apps are examples, not a limit.

More than one number, no limit

One account can hold several US numbers, for example one for work and one for personal calls, or one for WhatsApp and another for WhatsApp Business. Each number has its own plan, minutes and voicemail.

Price and how to get a number

The number costs $100 a year (about $8.33 a month, with a $5 welcome credit) or $12.99 a month. Checkout is on TripoSIM. Right after payment the buyer completes an identity check with a photo of a passport or ID card and a selfie, which takes about 2 minutes, and then chooses from the numbers available. The buyer gets a full refund if the ID check fails or if the number is not delivered within 72 hours. TripoSIM keeps only the result of the check and the buyer's name, never document photos. The site states the number's limits plainly: texts are receive-only, it cannot call 911 or emergency services, it is an app-based (VoIP) number rather than a US carrier SIM or eSIM, and calls out go to US and Canadian numbers.
